How much fuel can you deliver?
We can deliver up to 5 gallons of fuel to help you get moving again or reach the nearest fuel station.
What EVs can you charge?
We can provide mobile charging to vehicles with NACS charging ports and to compatible SAE J1772 vehicles using our adapter. Examples include Tesla and Rivian vehicles using NACS, and vehicles such as the Chevrolet Bolt EV and Ford Mustang Mach-E using J1772.
What if my EV uses a different charging port?
Mobile charging may still be possible, but you will need to provide a compatible adapter that accepts our NACS charging connector.
Will you fully charge my EV?
No. This is an emergency mobile charging service intended to restore enough range to help you reach an available charging location.
What information should I provide when requesting assistance?
Please provide your exact location, vehicle make and model, fuel type or EV charging-port type, current battery level if applicable, and any relevant access or road-condition details.
Can you reach every location?
Not always. Service depends on safe vehicle access, weather, road conditions, terrain, and whether our service vehicle can safely reach your location.
